Arnold’s and Cassie’s team is incredible. We have been taking all of our vehicles in for service since they have opened. We have always received incredible service at a fair price. The shop is immaculate. We recommend Auto Works for any type of car repair. Thank you Arnold, Cassie, and Dan!!

Where do I start? As a woman, (Yes, SOME mechanics think this disqualifies a person from knowing anything about cars, AND the need for them to be honest!) I have spent a ton of time and money looking for a trustworthy, reliable, HONEST mechanic. I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Not only are they reasonably priced, they will tell you what NEEDS to be done right away, and what SHOULD be done in the near future. Working with Arnold and his staff is like having a crystal ball for your car! I take all my cars to this shop and have NEVER been let down! Thank you Arnold, Cassie, and Dan!

If you have ever run a business you would understand the empty reception area, it is an auto repair shop not a day spa. Was it lunch time? Was he in the middle of another repair that he needed to finish? If the guy was in the middle of working on YOUR car, would you want him distracted or would you want him to give you the same attention to detail he was giving the car he was working on?
Just a thought….give them another try Tess B, you won’t be disappointed!

This garage is awesome. I broke down a few miles from Gilroy and got towed here. The owner and employees were very helpful and got my car up and running much faster than expected. At the end they barely charged me anything.
I would definately recomend trying this place out next time you have an issue with your automobile

Went in to get an estimate for my truck which was having problems with the clutch…right off the bat the customer service was great and were they were very attentive when listening to my wants and needs. Arnold was very helpful when answering all the questions I had in regards to repairs and estimated that I needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick/friendly service.

I consider myself pretty mechanical. I’ve replaced shocks, motors, gas tanks, cam shafts, etc… I can do a lot of the work they do, but I don’t have the time or energy. I keep my tech knowledge to myself and play dumb to see how I will be treated. Arnold is one of the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met. Good service, fair prices for quality work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’m so glad there is a small, locally owned TRUSTWORTHY shop in GILROY!

Great experience. Fixed my window, that had been down for the better part of a few months (I used makeshift windows, with plastic). He told me the part wasn’t going to be in for a few days, and propped up the window, so at least it was closed, until the part came in. Offered me a ride back to my house both times I brought the car in. Highly recommend.

Best Auto shop in Town ,very neat ,reasonable and professional, we have had Arnold work on our Desiel truck and our Jaguar ! He did a excellent job ! Arnold and Cassie are Great people !
